Spent the weekend soaking up new music. Im liking the new WU 'Chamber Music' album. The opening track was typical killa WU funk. I like the Live band steelo too. A bonus to this album is the guest MCs that feature throughout, namely... Kool G Rap, Havoc, MOP, AZ, Masta Ace, Cormega & Sadat X. Get some!

Some more cool ish is this new J-Dilla 'Jay stay Paid' album. It's a 28 track collection of unreleased Dilla beats mixed and arranged by Pete Rock. Mostly instrumental but includes guests MCs Black Thought, Havoc, Raekwon, MF DOOM, and M.O.P. 24k Rap is my fav at the mo im going Def foreal! Get some!

Im a ALC junkie foreal. Everytime this fool drops something i feel 15 again like im in Waiata records in the T.O.K lol. I've starved for this since 1st Infantry (which was my album of the year in 2005). In my opinion this dosent top 1st Infantry so obviously i was guttered. But still this shit is mean! The line up is crazy from... Kool G Rap, Pusha T, Snoop, Talib Kweli, Jadakiss, Twister, Mobb Deep, Fabolous, Dogg Pound, Three 6 Mafia & Juvenille...the list goes for days. My fav joint...umm prolli 'That'ill Work' by Three 6 Mafia & Juvenille. Get some!

Damn im sure its been 10 years since Tash first album came out. Rap Life was my shit. Remember how Richochet banged as the opening track? Then you'd put 'Nightfall' on repreat when you & your boys was going to a party & as soon as yous arrive you skip it to 'Tash Rules' n act all cool n shit lol. The first half of the album makes you think this came out a year after 'RapLife' sorta. But tracks im feeling 'Get It' Feat. Del Tha Funky Homosapien, 'We do this' feat. King T, Knocturnal, J Beam & 'Closer'. Good to see an Obama skit on there too. Remember Bill Clinton? "Wsup Biillll where the fuck you been muthafucka!", "Wusup with that DC smoke"? lol Get some!
